This talk will focus on both defining trauma and resiliency by providing simple language about the nervous system and learning four skills from the Community Resiliency Model® (CRM). These skills are user-friendly and designed for both self-care as well as sharing with others in your community. CRM® offers skills focused on stabilizing the nervous system when we are under stress or triggered by traumatic events.
